Had difficulty with delivery - UPS. Tracking said "Damaged"; it keep showing as "on the way" to the local UPS warehouse. I contacted Hunan King and they responded WITHIN MINUTES to my email that they will file a claim and once accepted, they will get the product out to me. Well, lo and behold, I got the product later in the week. No idea if this was the original delivery or they resending the product. Tried it - yep, it's everything the other reviews say. Quite nice! Not that hot, but good!
